If you have called on your security deposit, it will be returned to you within 15 days after you request its withdrawal.
You can indeed request its withdrawal:
even if the client has raised a dispute, if no agreement has been reached;
if the client does not respond within the 7 days they are given to react to your claim declaration.
If you have called on We Are Scene's Host Guarantee, it's difficult to estimate the time it will take to resolve the case. This will depend on the nature of the losses and damages, as well as the estimated compensation amount (involvement of experts, counter-assessments if there's a dispute, or if a third party is involved in the incident).
