🔎 Criteria for your photos to be accepted

To ensure consistent quality across the platform, your photos must meet these requirements:
✔️ Landscape format,
✔️ HD quality,
✔️ Living spaces photographed from multiple angles,
✔️ Kitchen and bathroom visible (if accessible to productions),
✔️ Straight, sharp, well-lit framing,
✔️ No people, personal items, or visible brands.

🚫 Photos will be immediately rejected if they are:

blurry,
in portrait orientation,
poorly framed,
containing logos, brand names, or people (even blurred).

✅ How to make your photos irresistible

🎯 Show the space as a whole: distance, depth, flow between rooms — the goal is for the client to understand how your space is laid out.
💡 Natural light first! Open curtains, blinds, windows: a bright image beats any filter.
📸 Always shoot at eye level. A neutral angle, without tilting the lens up or down, lets creators naturally picture themselves in your space, exactly as if they were there.
🚪 Leave doors and passageways open: this helps visualize the layout of the rooms.
🧹 Hide anything that breaks the magic: trash cans, cables, routers, clothes, remote controls… keep them out of frame.
✨ Center your subject to give an immediate sense of your space. Turn on your camera's grid mode: it will help you perfectly align elements and create a visual worthy of a professional set.
🎥 Show your production potential: if your space easily converts into a set, control room, studio, or technical space, photograph the different configurations.
