The withdrawal period is the time the client has to withdraw before the date of their project, without penalty.
If the client cancels their order outside this period, they will be required to pay you the full order amount. It's up to you to set the withdrawal period based on your general terms and conditions.
Please note, this period is capped at a maximum of 7 days. These are not business days, weekends are included.
