At WeAreScene, we understand how important it is for you to rent out your space with peace of mind. While our Creators are audiovisual industry professionals, the risk of damage can never be completely ruled out. That's why we've put in place a two-tier protection system to secure your space.
🔒 1st level of security: The Deposit
You freely set the deposit amount, with a minimum of €500. If damage is found after the event:
✔️ Report it immediately during check-out in the booking window.
✔️ Repair costs may be deducted directly from the deposit.
🛡️ 2nd level of security: The We Are Scene Host Guarantee
If damages exceed the deposit amount, our Host Guarantee, set up with our partner insurer, can be activated.
📌 What the guarantee covers:
✔️ Damage coverage up to €1 million.
⚠️ Please note:
This guarantee does not replace home insurance and cannot be combined with the deposit.
A deductible applies in the event of compensation:
€250 for damage to furnishings.
€500 for damage to the property itself.
