What is the procedure to follow in the event of damage on site?

Has an incident occurred during your booking? We’ll explain what to do!

If the space is damaged during your booking, please notify our team as soon as possible. The host is also required to report this to us within 48 hours.

The deposit may then be applied, starting at a minimum of €500. If the damages exceed the deposit amount, insurance may be activated to cover the damages caused.

Once the host's request has been processed, you'll receive an email letting you know that your deposit will be charged.
