Billing on We Are Scene: Everything you need to know

Your invoice is generated automatically at the end of the check-out process. What are the timelines? Where can you find it? We'll explain.

📌 When and how is my invoice generated?

After your production project ends, the host has 2 days to close out the booking.

  • If the host reports no damage or additional service, your invoice is generated immediately after this period.

  • If damage or an additional service is declared, you then have 6 days to approve or dispute it. Once this period ends, your final invoice will be issued.

Maximum timelines: your invoice will be available between 2 and 8 days after your project ends, depending on any declarations made.

📩 Where can I find my invoice?

1️⃣ Directly in your emails

Your invoice is automatically sent to the email address associated with the booking, with the subject line: "Important - Final booking invoice"

It will be sent:
✅ 2 days after your project if no declaration has been made.
✅ Up to 7 days after if damage or an additional service needs to be accounted for.

💡 Remember to check your spam folder!

2️⃣ Anytime, in your personal account

You can view and download your invoice from your We Are Scene account:

  1. Log in to your personal account.

  2. Go to the "Bookings" tab.

  3. Select the "Completed" tab.

  4. Click on the relevant booking.

  5. Click "Invoice" at the top of your screen.

📌 Before the final invoice is issued, a proforma invoice is available in the chat module, right after the quote.

📧 Don't have access to the invoice?

If you're not the person who made the booking and need to retrieve the invoice, contact us at [email protected] with the following details:

  • Your company name

  • First and last name of the person who made the booking

  • Booking date

  • Booking reference number (optional – starts with "B" followed by numbers)
