To pay for your booking on We Are Scene, you have two options: payment by credit/debit card or by bank transfer. The payment method chosen may affect the service fees applied.
🚨 Important: Your booking is only confirmed once payment has been received. This confirmation is essential to secure the space with the host and guarantee your creative project.
💳 Option 1: Card Payment (CB)
Amount due: 100% of the total at the time of confirmation.
Process:
Enter your card details directly on the platform.
Complete bank authentication (if required).
Your booking is instantly confirmed and visible under the "Confirmed" tab in your personal account.
Service fee: 0% fees.
🔔 Bank verification: If your bank requires phone-based validation, be sure to complete this step so your payment is properly processed.
🏦 Option 2: Bank Transfer
50% deposit within 8 business days of your booking request.
Remaining balance to be paid within 8 business days after the project ends.
100% transfer: within 8 business days of your booking request.
30-day end-of-month transfer: Additional fees may apply for this payment method.
Service fee: 2% (excl. tax) on the total booking amount (incl. tax).
Invoicing:
A deposit invoice is issued as soon as the booking is confirmed.
A balance invoice is generated 2 days after the project ends.
