My payment for my booking didn’t go through or was declined – what should I do?

If an error message appears after you attempt to pay for your booking, please note that unfortunately, the booking is not confirmed.

This can be due to several reasons listed below.

If an unknown reason is preventing payment, please contact your bank and try using a different payment method.

An unknown issue is preventing the payment from going through. Please contact your bank.

The postcode is incorrect.

Please try again using the correct billing postcode.
