What should I do if I need to reschedule the date?

  1. If you have not yet confirmed your booking:
    Log in to the We Are Scene site. Click on the relevant booking, then click "Edit" and "Change date" to choose a new date that works best for you. Your request will once again be subject to the host's pre-approval.

  2. If you have already confirmed your booking:
    If you wish to change the date after confirming your booking, and therefore after approving the current quote, your only option is to cancel the original booking and submit a new request for the same space with a different date. Please note that cancellation fees may apply.
