How do I complete my claim form?

Remember, the more information and documents you can provide, the faster you'll be reimbursed. Here's a list of items we recommend having on hand:

  • First, you'll be asked for photos or videos of the damaged or missing item, along with its brand and model

  • Receipts for damaged items, if you have them

  • Receipts for reimbursable costs you've incurred as a result of the loss or damage (for example, extra professional cleaning costs needed to restore your space)

  • A police report in the event of theft (within 48 hours)

Once logged in, follow these steps:

  • At the top right of the home screen, select the "Hosts" tab, then "Bookings"

  • Go to your "Confirmed" bookings and select the relevant booking

  • Click "Report damage," then choose "Request full or partial withdrawal of your Client's security deposit (up to €500)"

  • Enter the description of the damage in the field provided, and the amount claimed

  • Add photos of the damage under "Upload your supporting documents"

  • Submit your declaration
